MC Architecture was founded on the logical reasoning that attention to detail is at the heart of good architectural design.
The company is based in Bicester, Oxfordshire and was founded in 2018 by Masimba Chilongo, a Chartered Architectural Technologist.
Having gained experience in the construction industry over nearly 20 years, he developed a detailed design process that enables MC Architecture to offer a range of benefits to homeowners and property developers.

Our detailed design process allows us to advise our clients effectively because we ensure that our clients understand how the design works. This gives our clients the confidence to manage quality, budget and expectations.
HIGH-LEVEL CONCEPTUAL PLANNING
Our designs go beyond high-level conceptual ideas and delve into the specifics of how the space will work, how the building will be built, how the structure will be set up and how the services will be delivered.
aesthetic DESIGN SOLUTIONS
Our designs, regardless of size, will have solutions for aesthetic requirements, interior design, kitchen design, sustainability, building regulations, structural integrity, services, etc. This list changes on a case-by-case basis.
dIFFERENT DESIGN OPTIONS
A client may then choose between different design options. Some design options may have an easier road through the planning process than others.
Approval, budget & timescale
After planning approval is received, construction drawings can then be prepared. These will be used to prepare the budget and timescale for the construction process.
CONSTRUCTION
The detailed design process also gives confidence to the construction team that all critical elements of the project have been considered and comply with regulations. This allows them to concentrate on construction and other project goals.
